100-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied in any way with a complete pair of glasses purchased, please let us know. We can make changes to ensure your glasses work comfortably for you. If you are unhappy with the solutions we provide, you can return the glasses within 100 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of any out-of-pocket costs, or if you prefer, we can replace the original pair with another pair of glasses - with frames and lenses of your choice that are of equal or lower value. The returned pair of glasses must be in new and original condition. This guarantee does not apply to broken or damaged glasses not consistent with ordinary wear. Please understand that many vision challenges are caused by eye health issues (like cataracts and macular degeneration) which cannot be completely corrected with eyewear.

One Year Frame Warranty

Northside Vision takes the worry out of buying glasses with our exclusive One Year Frame Warranty. This warranty covers your new frames for one year from the date of purchase, and provides that if your new frames break for any reason, we will replace the frames - once - free of charge. For breakage, if the original frame is not available, another featured frame brand of similar style and cost may be used. Please note that this warranty does not apply to the replacement of frames which have been lost or stolen, nor to close-out, discontinued, and value line frames.

One Year Lens Warranty

Our lens antireflective and anti-scratch treatments provide the hardest, most durable surface protection available. We offer an exclusive One Year Warranty on all lenses treated with our premium anti-reflective and/or anti-scratch treatments. If a lens becomes scratched or broken within the warranty period, the lens will be replaced once free of charge. This is one time replacement warrantee and must be in the same prescription.
