I have not received services or products here but my sister has and she says they are kind and caring about how you look and feel in your eye wear. She likes it here because the styles are more upscale than other stores, Northside vision is like a boutique! And I have dropped her frames off, and picked up for her...I got pics of the inside because it's cute! The parking lot is on the back side of the building.

I had a great experience here when I needed to get my eyes checked out. They knew exactly what care I needed. Katie McDowall was ubundantly helpful, thorough and informative! She is definitely a light of joy in the office! I recommend Northside Vision to anyone who is in need of eye care.

​​​​​​​The staff at Northside Vision Center are so accommodating.  They are kind, polite, remember names of patients by site.  They always do their best to make me comfortable when I am there which is pretty often.  I really like them, I have been a patient there for many years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They treat you like family.

Always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile.  When appointment is needed urgently we are set up within a very reasonable time frame.  Every effort is made when an emergency arises and decisions were made and met very quickly. The facility is very appealing and meets all our needs.  The staff is friendly and professional.  They get a 5 star rating with us.  We have been with Northside  Vision Center for over 20 years, and would recommend them to everyone.

The staff is inviting and welcoming, and always very helpful. I can return anytime and have my glasses adjusted and they always drop everything to get me taken care of. From the eye exam, picking out my glasses, picking them up and having them adjusted, to small repairs and adjustments, every contact is pleasant and enjoyable. I won't go anywhere else!
